We met in 2021 shortly after Jolene began working in Pittsburgh. We went on our first date July 24, 2021 and the rest was pretty much history. We hit it off right from the start. The conversation kept flowing, and a second date occurred soon after the first, and we quickly started seeing each other regularly. It was becoming very obvious that we enjoyed each other's company, and this was going to be a lifelong thing. 2022 was a big year for us as we decided to move in together and bring home our golden puppy, Honey. We spent many nights talking about the future and what it would hold for us. It started to become less of an 'if' we would get married and more of a 'when' we would. On May 12, 2023, Tanner proposed, and the wedding plans began. We initially thought we would get married in 2025, but then we began to think 'why wait', and settled on a 2024 date instead. We are so thankful that each of us gets to say that we will be marrying our very best friend, and we are so grateful to have each and every one of you as a huge support system throughout this crazy thing that we call life.
