Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We encourage formal cocktail attire and lots of color! Please no denim/jeans or colors typically reserved for the bride (white/ivory/cream/etc) :)

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3:30 in the afternoon, please plan to arrive no later than 3:15pm.

Will there be a shuttle?

Yes! We are planning to have a shuttle to and from the venue/hotels (Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn). The Shuttle will do a guest pickup between 2:50-3:00 pm at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn on the day of the wedding. Please be ready in the lobby at that time, the shuttle is through Brighton Transportation Services. The shuttle will begin bringing people back to the hotel at 8:00 pm and will make its final run to the hotels at 10:10.

Where should we stay/is there a hotel block?

The bride/groom and bridal party will be staying at the Hampton Inn Butler (linked in the travel section below). It is a popular wedding weekend, so we unfortunately were only able to get a small block of rooms that has been reserved for the wedding party/closest family members. There is also a Holiday Inn Express & Suites very close by (also linked below). There are other hotels in the area, but these will be the main 2 that we are providing transportation for.

Is there parking at the venue?

Our venue has plenty of parking, and you may leave your car overnight if need be. However, we are providing a shuttle to and from the venue, so if you think you’ll be taking the shuttle back, we encourage you to take it to the venue as well.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! We will have an open bar including beer/seltzer, wine, and a few liquor options. Please bring a valid ID.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Our ceremony space is a greenhouse, so it may get warm if it is a sunny day. There is an outdoor courtyard that will be open for guests throughout cocktail hour/the reception weather permitting!

When do we need to RSVP by?

We unfortunately had to close RSVPs following our July 28th date due to venue deadlines. We will greatly miss everyone who was unable to attend. Thank you for all of the love and support!
