It all started at Kaiser Permanente, where our paths first crossed about two and a half years ago. Hansol, an Interventional Radiologist, and Jonathan, working in Hospital Medicine, quickly found a connection through their shared passion for healthcare and adventure.

Our first date was a classic Bay Area love story—beginning at the Golden Gate Bridge and ending with a breathtaking hike to the top of Rodeo Beach, overlooking the stunning coastline. From that moment on, our journey together has been filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of travel.

We've explored the vibrant streets of Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, wandered through Seoul and Jeju Island, taken in the beauty of Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, and indulged in the flavors of Singapore and Hong Kong. (Hansol may or may not still be dreaming about the egg tarts in Hong Kong.)

But our most unforgettable adventure was in Jeju Island, where Jonathan planned the perfect proposal—after an exhausting 12-mile, 6-hour hike to the top of Mount Hallasan. Overlooking the breathtaking island below, he asked Hansol to marry him. She was so tired, she had no choice but to say yes!

Now, as we prepare to start this next chapter together, we are beyond grateful for the love and support of our family and friends. Thank you for being part of our journey—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
