The ceremony will be held at the Wesely United Methodist Church in Bryan, Ohio, and the reception will follow at the Van Wert County Fair Grounds in Van Wert, Ohio. The cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony at the reception hall. Both the ceremony and reception will be held inside.

It takes approximately 50 minutes to drive from the Wesely United Methodist Church in Bryan, Ohio, to the Van Wert County Fair reception hall in Van Wert, Ohio. This short drive should also make our guests closer to home on their return trip.

Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in Van Wert, Ohio. To be eligible for block pricing, please make a reservation by July 18th. We have Friday, August 9th, to Sunday, August 11th, reserved for your traveling convenience. There is also a camping option available.

Dress to impress! The dress code is business casual, minimum (no jeans). However, you're welcome to dress as formally as you like. We recommend Cocktail Attire!

Please arrive at Wesely United Methodist Church no later than 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This is ample time to park, sign our guest book, and be seated. If you arrive after the beginning of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will be asked to join us at the start of the cocktail hour.
