Kaden asked Taylor to his fraternity semi-formal as "just friends" - March 2022

Kaden finally worked up the courage and asked Taylor on a date! We went to "his spot" to watch the sunset, eat sushi, and watch the ranch in the bed of his truck. The date got cut short because a van pulled up next to us and we got scared, so we left lol. As Kaden was dropping Taylor off at home, he surprised her with a succulent he had planted with his grandma!

Taylor decided it was time for her family to meet Kaden. We went fishing at the pond at her house. Trent was happy to see she brought home a hunter/fisherman ;)

Spent our first 4th of July weekend at a Brett Eldredge concert in Omaha and then headed to Johnson Lake! Still just friends ;)

Spent the rest of summer 2022 at the lake, more concerts, and spending time with our friends and each other, but just as friends, of course.

Danced the night away at Kadens 80's themed fraternity function!

We spent many weekends in Lincoln watching Husker football!

Another weekend, another fraternity event... but this time as boyfriend and girlfriend!!!

We spent our first fall break together in Mexico, soaking up the sun with each other and Taylor's family!!

We spent our first Thanksgiving together. It sure does help having both our families in the same town, not to mention only a couple blocks apart!!

Kaden got to experience Taylor's family Christmas Eve festivities. Lots of games, laughter, and hayrack rides with the family!

We went on a skiing trip with our friends to Glenwood, Colorado. After a long day of skiing (that Taylor didn't participate in) we all went to the Iron Mountain hot springs!

Our second vacation together was to the Dominican Republic! This is one of our favorite vacations we have been on together!

Kaden took Taylor to her first ever college world series game!

We spent the morning at Junkstock with our good friends! Don't let the smiles fool you, it was defiantly not fall weather!

Luckily the weather was a little better so we could enjoy a trip to Valas that evening!

We participate in a newlyweds game but may have fibbed a little bit about being newlyweds. We ended up winning a couples massage, so it was totally worth it!

Taylor dragged Kaden, Kimber, Angela, and Kenzie along for the turkey trot! Ask Kaden how well Bentley cooperated during this!

Kearney PBR!

We celebrated Kadens 22nd birthday with Taylor's family at Papa Moons in Scottsbluff. How crazy is it that on December 22nd we are sitting outside around a fire!!!

Another Christmas Eve spent at the farm. This hayrack ride was a little colder than the last one!

Our second Christmas together! Lucky us we got to spend the day with both of our families!

Kaden's senior fraternity formal! Taylor had the stomach flu during this, but pulled it together for one last dance!

We went to Estes Park for spring break! We had plans to spend 4 days, but the snow had other plans. We ended up only staying for 36 hours before heading to Scottsbluff to beat the snow.

Even though Estes got cut short, they made the best of it and spent the rest of spring break in Scottsbluff enjoying Papa Moons brewery, celebrating Taylor's birthday, and spending time with Taylor's family.

Kaden's last fraternity function. So bittersweet that college lasts are happening!

Downtown Kearney putt putt golf tournament was a success! We didn't win anything but we sure did have fun!

Just like that, we are graduating college! So thankful for all our memories at UNK and that it brought us each other!! So fun to experience this big milestone by each others side!

We participated in our first community olympics! We enjoyed it so much, other than we couldn't move for the next week because we were so sore!

September 12th, 2024, we welcomed the sweetest 3 1/2 year old lab into our family. We couldn't imagine life without her! It has been a journey full of learning and growth, not just for Nelli, but for us as well!

Spent lots of fall evenings playing fetch with Nelli at the park! Easily the highlight of our day for all three of us!

Our third Christmas Eve at the farm together! Taylor was a little skeptical that Kaden was going to purpose this night!

Taylor's family, Kaden's family, and our sweet friends the Potts family planned a graduation trip to Mexico!! Little did Taylor know her ring was in Kaden's backpack the whole time!!! She was clueless that she would be getting proposed to in a few short hours!!!!!

The best surprise and trip ever! Our hearts couldn't have been more full and excited for what the future holds!

We wanted to celebrate our engagement with all our friends and family back in Kearney!! We felt so much love and support from everyone!

Our first ice fishing trip with Nelli! She loved laying out in the sun and playing with all the fish!

We went to our first Nascar race in Vegas over spring break with Taylor's family! It was such a cool experience and lasted a lot longer than Taylor was expecting!

Our sweet Nelli girl turned 4 so of course we had to throw a birthday party for her! She got so spoiled with treats and toys by friends and family!

Our first easter with Nelli! She is over all of moms pictures!

Celebrated our friends the Margritz and officially kicked off the first of many weddings for the summer!

After engagement pictures in Omaha, we spent the rest of the weekend in Lincoln and went to a Husker baseball game!
