To start off, Kars got snowed in at my house our second time ever hanging out. This was the beginning of my master plan to make her fall in love with me. I am kidding. I was petrified and so was she, but we ended up spending a really fun 24 hours together. I knew I had to keep spending time with her.

We'll be honest: this was one of those cheesy chick flick moments. I would do it all over again though. Two-mile park was the spot.

We went to just about every church retreat growing up. Helped us stay rooted and connected to our faith early on. Looking back now, these moments have helped us so much.

Helen, GA. We always loved day trips together. This is where I became aware of Kars's competitive side. I thought we'd romantically float down the river together, but she kicked my tube into a rock and beat me down the river by like 20 minutes.

First time at Cedar Point... put Six Flags to shame.

Kars loves every holiday. She loves to do all the decorating + all the festivities.

She took me to her home away from home in Huron, OH. Met the WHOLE family; everyone approved. Smoooooooth sailing from here.

A core memory from our time together. Sitting and watching the sunset at Lake Erie with Kars is something I know we both think about often. I had been falling already, but these moments really cemented my love for her. For our relationship.

Beach trips to 30A. Another home away from home. We would love to move to the beach someday. I think we're happiest there.

Our built-in best friends. Kendall (Karsons older sister) and Mclane (her man) have been with us since the beginning. We did the dating thing together, and now we are all getting married. Please pray for Kendall and I.

The Lord has been at the center of it all. #1 reason our relationship is where it is today.

My last soccer game. I once had a dream to play soccer professionally and she cheered me on.

We traveled across the world for a mission trip together. In the Philippines, we served families and children for two whole weeks. She is the most caring and most generous person I have ever met. She is going to be the best nurse in the world.

I don't really remember this, but look how beautiful she is. How could I ever get rid of her?

More homecoming proposals. Woke up at the crack of dawn to surprise Kars with this set up. I learned to do most of my surprises in the afternoon because she loves her beauty sleep. Merritt helped me get her down to the beach. I will never forget it.

FALL BREAKS. The best week to start the new school year. This was our senior year of high school. Time is flyinggggggggg.

infinite homecomings

I would have never went this hard for halloween if I did not have Kars.

Graduated high school together:) Decided to go for it at UGA too. We knew this could be something special. Maybe forever? Who knew at this point? ( I pretty much knew)

COVID was different for everyone. There were definitely difficult days. Although, as confusing as it was, our connection grew stronger. I sincerely felt that we could've spent every second of every day with one another.

Our first and only "prom" in the pandemic.

Freshman year in 2020. We got to make new friends together. We vowed to not let the pandemic strip our year away. We made the most of every little moment.

I tried to grow my hair out. Never ever again. She still loved me anyways. The real-MVP.

This picture was at Passion 2021. Considering all that happened in 2020, we were grateful to have ended the year still thanking God for the ways He had kept us safe. Another moment for the hair.

AOII Semi-formal freshman year. Kars made me get my eyebrows waxed. Yeah. I know.

We had AOII formal at the end of a very successful freshman year. We felt invincible. I think this is when we started to feel so grown up. We knew the best was yet to come.

More Lake Erie! Started to feel part Ohioan around this point. Her home started to feel like mine too.

We can justify going to the lake any day regardless of what is going on around us.

Took her to see the love of her life (Harry Styles)

Bruno loves his Grammy. She brings me out of my shell better than anyone in my life. Our life is going to be so fun.

Over the years, I've learned that the best birthday gift Kars could ever ask for is for someone to take her to see the ocean. It's a win-win.

Took her to Medellin, Colombia. She met the rest of my family. Watching her fall in love with my culture was the final straw. I knew I was going to marry this one.

More spiffiness and more formalities

She started nursing school and I had entered into my MCAT season. It was honestly one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. Our little trips together always provided some much needed rest.

Traded the flip flops for skis. Someone teach me how to ski or snowboard. Please.

DAWGS won their second National Championship. We'll tell our kids about these days.

Kars celebrates everyone so well, and we do not deserve it all. She is my biggest encourager, and she reminds me to take life a little less seriously. She is a breath of fresh air. There is not a day that goes by where I do not feel celebrated or cared for.
