Katelynn and Wesley both grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona, but they didn’t really know each other until the winter of 2019. After talking and texting for several months, they found themselves home for Christmas and decided to go on a snowboarding trip together. They fell in love, and despite Katelynn living in Maryland and Wesley just finishing a job contract in Kansas, they agreed to make it work by seeing each other every three months. When COVID hit in March 2020, Wesley visited Katelynn in Baltimore and ended up staying. They've lived in Baltimore, Maryland, ever since. Katelynn had graduated from nursing school, while Wesley had earned his associate's degree in accounting. In June 2023, they got engaged in Santorini, Greece, and now they can’t wait to get married this year and see where their next journey takes them.
