The ceremony and reception will be held at the Brazilian Room, located in Tilden Regional Park. This is a 2,079-acre regional park in the East Bay, between the Berkeley Hills and San Pablo Ridge. You’ll find that whether you stay along the Berkeley Marina or further inland, east of the hills, Tilden Park is rather centrally located. There are numerous options for hotels and Airbnbs within 15-20 minutes of travel.

Travel to the Brazilian Room:

The Brazilian Room is located in Tilden Regional Park, Berkeley, at the intersection of Wildcat Canyon Road and Shasta Road. Follow the hyperlink above for directions via Google Maps. Cell signal can be spotty in some parts, we suggest downloading directions just in case.

There should be plenty of parking for guests and you can find a detailed map of potential parking locations here. The Brazilian Room has 34 parking spots and there are an additional 36 parking spots immediately west of the Brazilian Room, along Wildcat Canyon Road. Additional parking can be found a short walk from the Tilden Regional Botanic Gardens, east of the facility. Free parking is present at the Gardens along the curb of Anza View Road, as you turn off of Wildcat Canyon Road.

Ceremony & Reception

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the patio outdoors, so we’re hoping for lovely fall weather. The reception will be indoors, so we’ll be covered either way! Temps usually range from the high 40s in the morning to the upper 60s during the day, so be sure to check the forecast and dress in layers—a Bay Area essential.

We will not have any blocks of rooms reserved at a particular hotel as there are many hotel and Airbnb options to choose from within 15-20 minutes of the Brazilian Room. Here are a few great options nearby:
