What should I wear to the wedding?
Beach formal! Please refrain from wearing jeans.
What time should we plan to arrive at the location for the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony begins!
How is the weather around this time of year?
HOT!!! Please dress accordingly.
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Our ceremony will be held inside The Citadel Summerall Chapel, and our reception will be held that evening at The Citadel Beach Club. The reception will be both inside and outside!
How do I get to the wedding reception?
The Citadel Beach Club is about a 30 minute drive from The Citadel Summerall Chapel. However, you will have plenty of time since the reception will begin at 6 pm. Be mindful that there is usually heavy traffic in Charleston.
Where should guests park at both venues?
Depending on what is taking place on The Citadel campus, parking varies. However, parking will be free. The Citadel Beach Club has complementary parking.
Will you have a hotel blocked off for guests?
