We met through mutual friends trying to set us up via our love of the Cubs. Little did we know that would transition into a love for each other. We started dating in May of 2018 in which she immediately left for Europe right after. Collecting chocolates in her travels as gifts for me. I would then gift her with elegant (read, facetious) reviews of said chocolates as I tried them. With my wonderful wordplay and charm (read, silliness) we would blossom into a lasting and loving relationship for years until I (finally) popped the question on a family trip to Brown County in October of 2022.
