What is the dress code?
The dress code will be formal/cocktail attire. We would like the color scheme to be sage green, emerald green, navy blue, dusty blue, grey, tan, and brown. For women, this means dresses will typically be floor length or midi length. I would also advise women to wear chunky heels or thick heels, so you do not sink into the grass. For men, please wear dress pants and a dress shirt in one of the colors listed above. The dress code suggested above is to ensure our pictures are timeless. If you need help deciding on what to wear, please contact Jean or I and we can help. I have created a Pinterest board to help with inspiration! https://pin.it/5woMNnJ5C
Dress Code: Extra
This should go without saying, ladies please DO NOT wear ivory, white, cream, or champagne. Men, please do not wear jeans.

What time should I arrive?
The wedding ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Please be there at 3 PM to ensure there is enough time to be seated before the ceremony begins. If you are just coming for the reception, that will begin at 5 PM. I would arrive at 4:30 PM to ensure you get your seat before the bridal party entrances.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don’t, please respect our wishes we’re trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Yes, the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour can be outdoors or indoors. Dinner will be held indoors, followed by dancing indoors. Please plan accordingly!
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by July 25th. We will need to provide an accurate head count to our vendors to ensure the correct amount of food is provided. Please RSVP as soon as possible!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open cash bar at the reception. Again, please do not bring your own alcohol.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, you can NOT bring your own alcohol. There will be a large fine that Jean and I will be forced to pay if there is any alcohol brought into the venue that is not bought from them.
Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?
There is a hotel in Winchester, IN called the Randolph Inn. If that hotel is completely booked, in the next town over, Portland, IN there is a Holiday Inn.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we do not want any guests taking pictures. We would like our photographers to have the perfect angles during the ceremony without a phone in the view. Pictures and videos will be welcome at the reception. Thank you!
Can I bring my children?
Yes, if your children are listed when you RSVP, then they are welcome to come. Due to limited spacing, we can only accommodate a certain amount of guests. If you plan on brining your children, please be sure to keep an eye on them and do not let them run around without supervision. Thank you!
Will there be parking?
Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue for all guests!
What do I do if i cannot make it?
If you cannot make it, please mark “no” or “will not be in attendance” when you RSVP. There is a separate tab to press if you cannot make it.
