Our Wedding

It all started with one fateful new years party where our paths were destined to cross and the introduction was made (thank goodness for that memorable faulty doorhandle). Some years later, the all mighty match maker that is the internet reconnected us and though the timing was not quite right, the connection was strong and we never left each others mind. After some time had passed, we found our way back to each other, starting talking again, and the rest is history. The relationship began in earnest, just in time for Covid to come along. In this make or break moment of a early relationship, our love for each other strengthened. After surviving the pandemic, we embarked on a new challenge together by moving to North Bay for a two year adventure. We made friends, memories, a memorable insurance claim, and lived in a house that spent two weeks mysteriously being powered by our dryer. Through it all, we learned that we can rely on each other as life goes through its highs and lows. After our two year adventure in North Bay, we have moved back home and are starting our life in our little house in Cambridge. Sprinkle in some world traveling, concerts, countless date nights, and too many/not enough mega-bed movie days and we cannot seem to get enough time and adventures with each other. We share a vision for our lives and we hope to build one together full of love, kindness, forgiveness, humility, happiness, friends and family. Which is why we are so excited to get to share this wedding day with you. Each of you have helped shape us both as individuals and as a couple. We cannot ever express what each of you mean to us, but we know that we are truly lucky to have one day in our lives where everyone we love is in the same room at the same time. You have all been a part of our story to this point, and we are so excited to have you with us at the start of our next chapter.

Our dress code is semi-formal, but above all, we want you to feel like yourself. We’re most excited to celebrate with our favourite people—whether that means a polished look or something a little more relaxed that you feel great in. Think “look nice, feel comfortable, and be ready to dance the night away.” Come dressed to celebrate, have fun, and make memories with us.

Dress Code

The St. Jacob's market is walking distance to a cluster of hotels which are about a 5 minute drive from the venue. This market offers a wide variety of fresh food, and local crafts and is KW staple activity. We highly recommend you get an apple fritter before coming to the party.

St. Jacobs Farmers' Market

One of many restaurants within a five minute drive radius of the cluster of hotels, this one is walking distance. It is a great spot to visit the night before, or the day of the wedding... as long as you come to the wedding ready to party and to eat!
