Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same venue.

DRIVING: To find the venue with GPS, input 9178 County Road C Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235. The driveway to the venue is on north side of the road, and a sign will direct you where to turn. Parking is available at the venue, however in the interest of saving space, we encourage our guests to carpool or utilize the shuttle (see below). SHUTTLE: There will be a shuttle bus leaving Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay prior to the ceremony and returning to Stone Harbor periodically throughout the reception.

Yes the entirety of the wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please plan for an outdoor ceremony and a tent reception. The wedding party will be dressed semi-formally (suits, dresses), however we encourage you to dress as "up" or "down" as you prefer. When deciding what to wear, keep in mind that we will be outdoors and on grass for the whole night.

We will begin the night with a vow renewal ceremony. Following the ceremony, there will be a short cocktail hour during which the wedding party will take photos on site. Following the brief cocktail hour we will be seated for dinner and the reception. We ask that guests remain at the venue during the cocktail hour as there will not be much time between the ceremony and reception.

Yes! We will be using the same chairs for the ceremony and the reception. If you are able to help move the chairs from the ceremony location to the tent, we would greatly appreciate it! It is a short distance from the ceremony location to the tent.

FOOD: Barbeque buffet & desserts; DRINKS: Open bar (water, beer, his & hers cocktails); LATE NIGHT SNACK: BBQ nachos.

Yes! A band named Revelry will be providing entertainment for the dancing portion of the night. We asked Revelry to play at our wedding after seeing them perform on an audition stage in Nashville. Expect some great country and southern rock music!

We will have bathroom trailers with flushable toilets and sinks with running water. There will also be typical port-a-potties set up with hand sanitizer and pump sinks.
