Kelly's younger sister. Lindsey’s favorite memory with Kelly is growing up with her, playing "school" in their basement when they were younger, sharing a room for many years, and eavesdropping together to get the “scoop.” Fun fact: Kelly named Lindsey, so of course, they have to have a close (and a weird, BMW; ifykyk!) relationship. Lindsey also recalls how Kelly makes each birthday celebration better than the last, including Kelly decorating the house for her own birthday (even going to the extent of writing “happy birthday” outside with chalk for herself). Lindsey shared a room with Kelly for many years, and during that time, she remembers when Kelly obsessively decorated the room with One Direction posters, bedsheets, pillows, and blankets (and, of course, Kelly had books, bracelets, and shirts; she knew everything 1D; kinda stalkerish!). But when Kelly moved one room across the hall, Lindsey would come into her room some nights to watch TV or gossip. There is this one picture Lindsey found from many years ago of her playing her ukulele in the basement, and Kelly is the sole audience member (even if Lindsey dragged her into the basement, she still stayed down there to watch!) (Sky's the limit; not!). One last memory that Lindsey wants to point out was during Covid when Kelly downloaded an exercise app that would randomly go off throughout the day. Everyone would be sitting down talking, and Kelly would randomly pop a squat ;)
Aj - Best Man
Hector's older brother.
Aj has always known Hector to be certain about what he wants—whether it’s an experience he’s excited about, a future purchase he’s researching, or a goal he’s pursuing. Hector knew exactly what he was looking for in a future wife, and Aj is happy that Hector found that in Kelly (and happy to have had the privilege of witnessing them find what they were looking for in each other over the years). Aj also reflects that one of Hector’s greatest qualities as a brother, son, friend, and partner is his ability to push forward and stay true to himself; no matter what, Hector knows what he wants and has the drive to pursue his goals in life. Aj is excited about all the moments Kelly and Hector will share as a couple and could not be more proud of them!
Elyse - Bridesmaid
Kelly's older sister.
Elyse's favorite memories with Kelly are going to college together and their weekly Panera dates when they had long breaks in between classes. Elyse also loved their random beach trips, family vacations (specifically the one when they made a list of names for Patrick), frozen yogurt runs, working their first job together, and going to Fogo de Chao on Kelly's 18th birthday (and flipping her card to the green color whenever she was not looking). Another fun memory Elyse remembers was going to New York during Christmas in 2018 for a day trip and traveling to the Steubenville conferences in Ohio when they were in high school. And lastly, in high school, Elyse emptied Kelly's school pencil case the night before and put a raw potato in there instead :)
Bryce - Groomsmen
Hector's childhood friend.
Bryce and Hector met at the beginning of middle school and haven’t looked back since. In the past 15 years of knowing Hector, Bryce portrays him as a brother. Bryce is beyond blessed to watch Hector thrive and cannot wait to make many more memories with him.
"To say he’s my right hand is an understatement. Love you both!"
Lauren - Bridesmaid
Kelly's childhood friend.
Lauren has known Kelly since they were 5 years old and remembers that even from an early age, Kelly was always the sweetest girl with the best laugh; but what people don’t know is that Kelly was a terrible influence. Kelly's incessant and amazing laughter always egged their little group on to do stupid things. They tortured their catholic school teachers by sneaking into the teachers’ lounge to steal snacks, burying the teacher’s keys in the playground, and giggling uncontrollably during mass. Lauren could go on and on about their stupid pranks and angsty years in catholic school, but her absolute favorite memories of Kelly were when they would hang out in Kelly's basement. At the time, they were completely in love with One Direction and would blast their music videos and scream the songs at the top of their lungs, while they curled each other's hair and talked about boys. Lauren recalls how Kelly's house was always stocked with the BEST snacks and how they would munch on ice cream sandwiches at 2 am and gossip. Truly, it was a glorious time in Lauren's life, and she is so excited to see her through her next chapter.
"Never stop being you Kel, love you!"
Patrick - Groomsmen
Kelly's younger brother.
Patrick's favorite memory with Kelly is when they worked together at a restaurant (Kelly as a waitress and Patrick as a busser). What could have been a tiring and stressful job became enjoyable for Patrick because Kelly was there to laugh with and create jokes. They always found ways to make each other laugh and keep things lighthearted; Kelly and Patrick would often joke about situations that could have otherwise made the job feel overwhelming (whether it was difficult customers or coworkers). Those moments of humor made the most hectic days manageable and memorable. Getting to work alongside Kelly during Patrick's first job was one of his favorite memories because, without them, the experience would have felt like a stressful job. Patrick remembers the time of his first job as a chance to create lasting memories because Kelly was alongside him.
Rachel - Bridesmaid
Kelly's childhood friend.
Anytime Rachel thinks of memories with Kelly, it always brings her nostalgia. Having been friends with Kelly since grade school, they have spent much of their childhood together, growing up alongside one another. Rachel's favorite memories with Kelly include those childhood times like their “crazy” sleepovers with One Direction, Craft Mac and Cheese, Truth or Dare, and Who Can Stay Up the Latest, as well as the endless laughter about anything and everything. Looking back at memories, Rachel recalls their “awkward phases” (including those hilarious photos) but mostly remembers all the fun times they have had along the way.
Chris - Groomsmen
Hector's childhood friend.
Chris has known Hector since middle school and would hang out with him all the time. Chris has many amazing memories with Hector, but the one that tops the chart was when they went to their local Dunkin Donuts after school one day. That same day, they saw a girl outside that Chris liked, and Chris was very nervous to talk to her. However, Hector gave Chris enough spirit, motivation, and courage to ask her out. Chris is grateful for that moment because that same girl is his now fiance. Chris cannot image what his life would look like if it wasn’t for Hector; he does not have any brothers, so he is glad he gets to call Hector a brother.
"Kelly and Hector, I can't wait to see the many happy memories you two will share, and I can’t wait to be a part of a few of them. Love you both."
Maura - Bridesmaid
Kelly's childhood friend.
One of Maura's favorite memories with Kelly is when they would play games at recess, and it was always a blast (specifically this one game that fully revolved around one random tree). Another one of Maura's favorite memories is the countless sleepovers at Kelly's house. They would stay up late, watch movies, and in the middle of the night go upstairs for a snack (and Kelly's house always had the best snacks!).
Josue - Groomsmen
Hector's cousin.
Josue's favorite memory with Hector was in Las Vegas when Hector came to visit him. Hector had never eaten In-N-Out, so Josie took him to one on the Las Vegas strip. It ended up being a hectic night - they couldn't find their car at the end of the night and lost their other cousin, Diego. However, they had an amazing time together and visited California and Utah, too. Josue loves that Hector is always willing to travel, and his positive attitude makes everything ten times more enjoyable.
Cianna - Bridesmaid
Kelly's childhood friend.
What Cianna appreciates the most about Kelly is her loyalty and generosity. Cianna remembers being beside Kelly every day of grade school (since the second grade), and whenever she felt down or wanted to share something exciting, she knew Kelly would be there to greet her with her fullest smile!
