PLEASE NOTE:
This years Thunder over Louisville is the same day as the wedding. For those traveling from Louisville, please take into consideration travel time and traffic that may occur that day. For those traveling from out of state, we suggest booking any airfare that is needed early to ensure availability and cheaper airfare tickets
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The ceremony will take place in The Gray Building, with the reception to follow in The Grand Building. Both The Gray Building and The Grand Building are adjacent to one another, and handicap friendly. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the courtyard (weather permitting), located in between The Gray Building and The Grand Building.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask for no photos or video to be taken during the ceremony, and for all devices to be silenced. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special moment, and want them to be to do so uninterrupted. After the ceremony is over, you are free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!
Is there parking available at Phillips Grove?
Yes! Phillips Grove offers a very large parking lot on site at the venue.
Is smoking allowed on site?
No, there is a strict no smoking on site policy at Phillips Grove, and this does include their outdoor patios as well.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We want all of our guests to look and feel great on wedding day! We are requesting cocktail attire for the wedding.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be a signature "His & Her" cocktail, as well as a variety of beer, and seltzers available.
Is transportation provided?
We value our friends and family's safety, and want everyone to have a good time! We have set up a shuttle to bring guests to the venue before the ceremony, as well as when it is time to leave the ceremony. Pickup and drop off will be at our hotels that we have reserved rooms for guests (Holiday Inn Express Radcliff - Fort Knox, as well as at Hampton Inn & Suites Radcliff/ Fort Knox). Both hotels are located right next to each other on Bourbon Street.
How do we RSVP?
RSVP's will all go through our website under the "RSVP" tab. Please navigate there and search by your last name to find your invite. Please make sure to answer all questions as well within the invite. If you are having trouble with your RSVP, please feel free to reach out to one of us for help!
When are RSVP's due by?
RSVP's are due no later than Saturday, March 1st.
