If you would like to honor us with a gift, we ask that you donate some money towards our "Wedding Fund", as we are not doing a wedding registry. We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a buffet with a selection of meats and salads will be served. Hors D'oeuves include a Charcuterie Board and drinks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic! For dinner: there will be - Carmel Apple Salad- Broccoli Salad- Mediterranean Orzo Salad- California Blend with Cheddar Cheese Sauce- Maple Cinnamon Glazed Baby Carrots- Wild Rice- Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy - Swedish Meatballs- Garlic Focasia Chicken Breasts and pulled pork (TBD - Prime Rib with mushrooms/onions or Pulled Pork Sliders) For Dessert: There will be a cake for the couple and wedding party, for the guests, there will be cupcakes! Yes! Your cost for the open bar is covered by couple. Enjoy this gift from James and Kiara to you! Please make sure to RSPV of you plan on drinking, due to the couple needing a head count.

Yes, children are allowed, as Kiara and James will have some of their nieces and nephews there. We ask that on the RSVP, you include your Child(ren)s are under the age of 5 and number of children attending in your party- as we need to know a head count and age due to wedding contract. Thank you!!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The Ceremony Is outdoor, with an indoor reception. Thank you!

Since the wedding is in August it will be hot. We ask that you plan accordingly to the weather. Thank you!

We recommend that you arrive 30 to 45 mins before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party stared as scheduled.

We are hoping to wrap up the party around 11-11:30pm. We ask that you plan accordingly for rides home and/or babysitting.

Yes. We will be having a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres immediately after ceremony (while wedding party and family take photos), which is then followed by dinner and dancing at 6:00pm.

Yes, around the last hour of the wedding (like 10 pm ish - 11) there will be songs and dancing that may not be appropriate for children. Please plan accordingly. Thank you!
