The Ceremony will begin at 1:00 pm at Mary, Mother of God Parish at Holy Rosary Church and last about an hour. The Reception will be located at the Montdale Country Club beginning at 5:00 pm. Cocktail hour will be from 5:00-6:00 followed by dinner and dancing until 10:00 pm. There will be an after party at the hotel if anyone wants to keep the party going!

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure that the ceremony starts on time and that there are no distractions for the guests and the wedding party during the ceremony.

The ceremony will be inside the church. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoor and outdoor. The Montdale has a gorgeous property that you can walk around and take photos during cocktail hour, and the patio will also be open after dinner in case you need some air. We will have an acoustic musician playing and some different games set out on the back patio during cocktail hour to provide some entertainment while you wait for the reception to start!

Yes, both the church and the reception venues are wheelchair accessible. The church has a ramp on the parking lot side for chairs to go up and down. The Montdale is on one level with double door entrances and is very accessible.

Yes, there is parking available at both the church and the reception venues! We will have a shuttle leaving from the hotel to and from the reception if you would like that option as well!

The dress code for the ceremony and reception are semi-formal. Women should wear cocktail dresses and men should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! The bar will close during dinner service, so make sure to get a drink before cocktail hour is over.

Because of our guest count and budget, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the kids that are in the wedding party and immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements to have your kids taken care of while you help us celebrate!
