What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30 PM in the green space adjacent to the Estate. Simply make your way through the main doors of the manor when you arrive and you will be directed through its stunning interior to the back yard where you will be seated. Please do try and be mindful of time, as shuttles will take about 15 minutes or so traveling between locations. Ample parking is also available on site too.

How do I get to the Wedding Ceremony?

A shuttle service will be provided to and from the event. Please see the Travel section for more information.

What should I wear?

This is a black tie event so a suit, tux or clown outfit with a bow tie is appropriate (minus the clown outfit). As for the ladies, floor length Victorian style regalia with elaborate embroidery only fit for the queen herself will do. But if no one has this then a floor length dress will be just fine. Also, the ceremony will be on grass (unless it rains), so mind the footwear, ladies. Despite what the name suggests, everyone can wear colors!

Where do I park if I am driving?

We kindly ask that you park at your designated hotel and or make your way to the Tewksbury Inn (each hotel is about a 1-2 minute drive from one another) as a shuttle service will be around every 15 minutes to take guests to the Estate. Wedding party, elderly, or people that do not plan to enjoy adult beverages may also park at the estate.

I have a food allergy or follow strict diet, what can I eat?

Please let either Kristina or Matt know of your diet restrictions as soon as possible. Our caterers are more than accommodating and the chefs can specially prepare meals to suit your needs. No one will be left without something to enjoy!

Will Cocktail Hour be outside or inside?

Technically both but we encourage guests to be inside after the ceremony to explore this historic site. This also allows the staff to set up dinner outside undisturbed.

Where is the After Party?

The after party will be held in a King Suite (number TBD) at the Hilton Garden Inn at the where food/drink will be provided by us!

Is this an open bar?
