LaJessica and Jason first crossed paths on September 26, 2020, at a friend’s birthday party. Thanks to the Paynes’ encouragement, Jason put his number in Jessica's phone, and they later exchanged words through social media, calls, and texts.

They had their first date on October 25, 2020. The rest is history.

Proposal

Jason proposed to Jessica on Super Bowl Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Jessica’s aunt and uncle's home, doing what they do best: enjoying quality time with friends and family.
