The ceremony will take place at the home of Libby's grandparents Joyce ("Mimi") and Bill ("Boppy") Formy-Duval, with a stunning view of the Intercoastal Waterway. It is also where she and Carl shared their first kiss and became boyfriend and girlfriend last summer!
