The dress code is cocktail attire! Please wear what you feel comfortable in, keeping in mind that it is an outdoor wedding! Please don’t wear anything white or light blue as these will be the colors of the wedding party!

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony at 4:30. We will be starting promptly at 5:00 PM.

Due to limited capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones to everyone unless specifically indicated on your wedding invite. If there is any uncertainty please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding!

We are having a completely unplugged ceremony. Meaning no phones or photos will be taken during the ceremony. We have an amazing wedding photographer and we will share all of our photos with our guests. At the cocktail hour and reception please feel free to take all the photos you want!

We will have a buffet for dinner with a wide range of options! There will be a champagne toast as well as wine served throughout the meal. If you would like cocktails there will also be a full service bar with drinks available to purchase.

There is a large parking lot at the venue, if needed you may also leave your car overnight! For Ubers and Lyfts we recommend scheduling your Uber ahead of time. You can order it the morning before for a specific time. This will allow for quicker pickups because the majority of our guests will also be using ride shares to get home.

We absolutely love all of your kids! But, we are respectfully asking you to leave them at home unless specifically stated on your invitation. We hope you will take this as a fun date night opportunity!

Yes! Please join us at the Embassy Suites hotel bar area for a drink with the bride and groom before the big day! We will be there after our rehearsal dinner around 8pm.
