An easy way to get into NYC...

Take the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) from the Rockville Centre train station (located behind Monaghan's). The LIRR can take you into Penn Station or Grand Central. It's a 35 ride to either station. You have convenient access to most NYC sites from either station.

The MTA app can be added to your cellphone for easy access to train times and tickets.

Penn Station best option for- Rockefeller Center, Macy's, Fifth Avenue, Walking the Highland, Empire State Building, Central Park, St Patrick's Cathedral and much more.

Grand Central Terminal best option for- Bryant Park and NY Public Library. Grand Central Terminal is an architectural beauty and worth seeing.
