Lisa and Will met on September 21st, 2016 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Neither were really looking for courtship but something sparked and they quickly bonded over Steve Irwin (ask them about that one).

While both moved away from Knoxville, Will to Nashville and Lisa back to Rome, their bond remained and they continued to stay in touch through texts, phone calls and FaceTime.

Within about a year, Lisa realized she was spending more time visiting Will in Nashville than at home so they decided she should relocate and become a citizen of Nashville!

The next few years were filled with trips to Mexico, a month-long road trip out to the west coast (where Lisa miraculously slept in the bed of Will's truck for 3 1/2 weeks), Preds games, house renovations, and finally two corgis (Squee and Tito), who quickly became the center of their world.

On March 18, 2023 Will proposed and surprised Lisa with over 50 of their friends and family, many who had traveled from other states to celebrate the engaged couple.

Today they are planning a dream elopement in Positano, Italy (where they will exchange vows on September 21st, the anniversary of the day they met) and can not wait to finally celebrate being husband and wife with you on October 5, 2024!
