In August 2021, Logan took a travel nursing assignment at Johns Hopkins Hospital while living just outside of Philly with her sister, Brittany. During this nomadic chapter of life, she decided to give Hinge a shot… with low expectations. Meanwhile, Sean was creating his very first Hinge profile under strict supervision from the Cavallaro sisters, who gave him clear guidelines: limit the dead animals/hunting pictures.One morning after a night shift, Logan got a message from Sean: “I think I went to college with your sister?”﻿Naturally, Logan texted Britt for the full scoop. With her sister's seal of approval and reassurance that this Villanova guy was normal (enough), she replied — and Sean wasted no time. He snagged her number and quickly planned their first date.Logan, nervous but excited, got ready with one of her now-bridesmaids, Kendall, who gave her a pep talk and even drove her the two minutes to their date at Thames Street Oyster House. Logan arrived fashionably late (15 minutes, but who’s counting?) and used her charm to make up for it. Against all odds, with Sean's biggest pet peeve being tardiness, they hit it off. According to Sean, Logan invited herself to join him at the infamous Mahaffey's later that night (with Kendall glued to her side + a little bit of liquid courage) where they took their first selfie together, and the rest was history.What started with a Hinge message turned into a love story filled with laughter, adventures, and the kind of connection you only find once. Now we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you!

Transportation will be provided (by Thoroughbred Transportation) from Chesapeake City, MD, as well as from the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn in Middletown, DE. Pickup time will begin at 3:00PM at the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn (1 bus per hotel) in Middletown, DE. Shuttles will leave the Middletown hotels no later than 3:20PM. Pickup time will be 3:10PM at the Inn at the Canal for those staying in Chesapeake City and using the shuttle. Shuttles will leave Chesapeake City no later than 3:30PM. Return service will begin after the reception at 10:00PM. The shuttles will each make one trip back to their respective hotels/areas. A final shuttle will pick up stragglers at midnight and return guests to Middletown and Chesapeake City.

A local gem founded in 2016 by three lifelong friends from Bohemia Manor High, Bayheads Brewing captures the small‑town, canal‑town spirit with its on‑site brewery and welcoming taproom. Enjoy a rotating selection of house‑brewed beers like the flagship Canal Town IPA, juicy River Rat Hazy IPA, bold stouts, plus seasonal specials.

Bayheads Brewing Company

~13 minute drive. As Featured on World’s Greatest TV, Paintball park offers over 100 acres of fields like Black Snake Bayou, Lego Land, Airport Field, &amp; more. The park features 14 fields including a marina field with over 20 boats and yachts, 2 Chinook helicopters and planes, a trench field, jungle fields, and more. Paintball package includes 100 paintballs per player, air, admission, and rental equipment. Age restriction: must be 10 or older.

Outdoor Xtreme Chesapeake City Paintball and Airsoft

Located at the southern tip of the Elk Neck Peninsula. Sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding land masses frame a beautiful backdrop for the Lighthouse. Hawks and eagles can be viewed at the Raptor Viewing Field. Open daily from 8am to Sunset, best times to visit are before 10 a.m. on weekends. From the parking lot, the hike to the lighthouse is about 0.4 miles.

Turkey Point Lighthouse

~10 minute drive. A charming local confectionery nestled in Chesapeake City. The shop specializes in handcrafted sweets and gourmet candies, offering guests a flavorful experience in a cute and cozy atmosphere. Great gift stop – ideal for picking up sweet favors, last-minute presents, or just a treat to enjoy during your visit.
