We have reserved 10 standard rooms with two queen beds for Friday, August 22nd, 2025 & Saturday, August 23rd, 2025.


To book, simply call the hotel directly and make your reservations under the Meincke-Bell Wedding 25 block. You can also book online, using the website link and code listed.


Any rooms not reserved by July 22nd, 2025, will be released back to the house. After this date, reservations can still be made upon availability and at a higher rate. Once a reservation has been made, they can be cancelled without charge, for up to 48 hours prior to arrival.


Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. If you need an early check-in, the hotel recommends that you come the night before.


Some of the hotels amenities include an indoor pool, whirlpool, and continental breakfast that includes omelets, waffles, hard cooked eggs, assorted muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, hot cereal, juice, milk, coffee, fresh fruit and more.

The Country Inn & Suites, does not offer wedding blocks; which means they do not hold or set aside a group of rooms. Instead they offer a 15% discount to our wedding guests.

The 15% discount is valid 30 days prior to the day of arrival. (July 22nd or 23rd, 2025) The hotel recommends booking sooner than later to ensure you are getting the best room at the best discounted rate. Rates typically increase as they get closer to arrival and rooms will be depleted out of our hotel inventory.

The best way to book these rooms is to call the hotel and ask for the "Wedding" rate.

The hotel offers many amenities, such as, a hot tub and a heated indoor pool. You can start each morning with a workout in the fitness center followed by a free, hot breakfast featuring their signature waffles. They offer a total of 61 rooms and suites with free WiFi and complimentary coffee and tea, flat-screen TVs, microwaves and fridges. For more space and extras like a living room and sleeper sofa, consider a one-bedroom suite.

We do not have any reserved rooms for this location, as rooms are limited during the season. However, rooms may be available during your travels.
