We highly recommend a trip to High West to sample our favorite local whiskey. High West was founded in 2006 by a couple who sought to combine their love of the Old West and Utah’s little-known whiskey history. There are two locations, High West Distillery in Wanship where you can take a deep dive into the distilling process, or the High West Saloon in Park City which offers delicious brunch as well as whiskey tastings.
Saloon address: 703 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060
Distillery address: 27649 Old Lincoln Hwy, Wanship, UT 84017

Trailhead coordinates (copy + paste): 40.6692, -111.5292
Follow these coordinates to find the trailhead, which is at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is no parking allowed right at the trail but you can easily find parking lower down on the street and on the main connecting road. It can be tricky to find without the coordinates, but this hike offers our favorite view of the Park City town and mountains! The full trail is six miles, but at the halfway point you will find a lookout area which offers gorgeous views and a shorter option.
Park City's Main Street offers a wonderful shopping experience with several art galleries, boutiques, and cozy dining options. Panache Boutique and Cake Boutique are two of our favorites.
This trail is a 2.8-mile out-and-back adventure near Park City, Utah. It is considered moderately challenging and has beautiful views with a nice lake at the end. It is very popular so account for time to find parking at the trailhead!
The Park City Museum is run by a nonprofit organization dedicated to the display and exploration of Park City and regional western history. Visitors often enjoy learning about the history of Park City's mining roots.
