Not everything in 2020 was terrible—it's the year Madi and Will found each other!

Will was VERY persistent, while Madi wasn’t looking for a relationship. After a month of turning him down and refusing to go on a date or meet up, he finally wore her down—but he never gave up!

Madi told Will the only date she’d go on with him was a trip to Home Depot to “build a dream home”—picking out flooring, appliances, light fixtures, etc. He was all in! Afterward, they shared a pitcher of margaritas (Madi drank most of it) and then accidentally spilled the contents of her purse on the floor of his car.

Will came inside to meet Hendrix, but since it was late, he left shortly after. However, not long after he left, he called Madi, saying she had left something from her purse in his car and asked if he could return it to her door. When she opened the door, he smiled and said, “You forgot this,” before pulling her onto the porch and KISSING her.

It was a true Hallmark movie moment, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
