I like to tell people that Adam and I ‘first met’ several times before actually formally meeting for the first time. Early on in college we had mutual friends and often crossed paths with one another, but it never amounted to more than casual conversation and parting ways.

The summer before our final year of college, we met for dinner with our best friends and found that it was difficult to simply forget each other again. One dinner turned into several conversations, which turned into spending more and more time together, until we found that life didn’t really make sense without the other in it. Despite the uncertainty of future plans and graduation, we knew that our relationship was worth it.

Over seven years later we have built a crazy life together that spans multiple cities, grad school, new jobs, and a cat or two in between. We are extremely excited to start another chapter together in life and can’t wait to celebrate our marriage with family and friends.
