Yes. There will be two busses running to accommodate our guests which will be available for transportation to and from the venue. Busses will arrive at The Residence Inn at 3pm and depart promptly at 3:10pm. A bus will arrive at The SpringHill Suites at 3:15pm and depart promptly at 3:25pm. At the end of the night, shuttle services will be available at 9pm for those who want to leave earlier and the final ride will depart around 10pm to end the night!

Guests are to arrive for 3:30pm as the wedding will promptly start at 4:00pm.

Please see the hotel policy: We will do our best to meet requests but cannot guarantee it due to the stay and departure patterns of in-house guests. Should your guests need to arrive early, we advise reserving the night prior. This will guarantee their room is available to them should they require early check-in. Please note, early check-in is on a first come first serve basis. If your guests need to store belongings, and their room is not ready, we will happily hold their items in our back office until their room is available. We do recommend arriving ready for the wedding, however, should guests need to change or “refresh”, they’re welcome to use our public restrooms.

Although we love your kids, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding!

We are only able to accommodate our closest family and friends. Please see your invitation. If it is addressed to you and guest, you are welcome to bring a date. Thank you for understanding!

We are requesting that our family and friends wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. No jeans please! Ladies, please refrain from wearing terracotta and champagne. We can't wait for you all to get dressed up with us!

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Manor at Mountainview. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will take place indoors.

There is parking in the lot directly across from the venue.
