Zach and Megan met the summer of 2024 at their local young adults group. Both Zach and Megan were both very introverted individuals. They would've never introduced themselves to each other, without a little help. For many months Zach and Megan sat next to each other at church, talked to each others friends, but never once acknowledged each other when one another were standing right by the other. When God's timing was right, one of Zach's friends introduced Zach and Megan to each other. They had an instant spark! They spent that summer; getting to know each other, and spending many nights hanging out. One night Zach asked Megan to be his girlfriend, and of course she said yes! Many months went by, but not a single day went by when Zach didn't know he wanted to marry Megan. In fact Zach knew just a few weeks in Megan was the one he wanted to be with for the rest of his life! The following summer Zach's family planned on going to Hawaii. He pictured the beach to be the perfect place to ask Megan to marry him. He prayed over and picked out the most beautiful ring! He prayed and prepared for one of the hardest conversations he knew he would have in his life with Megan's dad, and when all of that was set, it was go time. Zach and Megan went to Hawaii with Zach's family the first week of June in 2025 and his whole family was in on it. Megan believed that his family was doing a family photoshoot on the beach. Nothing to out of the ordinary. When Zach and Megan arrived at the beach, Zach walked her down the shoreline to a beautiful set up he planned himself. Blankets and pillows, rose petals, and candles. A girls proposal dream! He got down on one knee and spoke from his heart, for the love and the life he plans to have with Megan. She was crying of course, happy tears filling her eyes as she said "YES!" and the rest is history!!
