ASAP. The wedding weekend falls on Labor Day in 2024, and lodging books up very quickly. You can start booking as early as September 2023. See "Travel & Lodging" tab for details.

ASAP, but please RSVP no later than July 14, 2024. Some invitations may say your name and the guest, specifying you may bring a date. Some invitations say "and family" indicating your children are also invited.

You can arrange a shuttle or rideshare service to the ranch and back to the airport. However, we recommend renting a vehicle as there is a ton of recreation in Bend, Sisters and the surrounding National Forest. There is no Uber in the town of Sisters.

Your best bet would be to book with VRBO and Airbnb. Some private owners at the ranch rent out their lodge. Search Black Butte Ranch, OR on either of those sites and there will be houses that come up. Other options are staying in Sisters (15 mins away), Redmond (25 mins away from venue) or Bend (40 mins away from venue). The Suttle Lodge and FivePine Lodge in Sisters, SCP Redmond Hotel in Redmond, or Oxford Hotel in Bend are the best hotels available in those places.

Please arrive ~30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Yes. Pickup is between 2:30-3:30pm. Dropoff is between 9-10:30pm. Please respond with your address in the RSVP if you need transportation.

The weather is expected to be warm and sunny, typically ranging from a high of 82°F (28°C) to a low of 51°F (11°C). The Ceremony will be under the Aspen trees, which should provide a little shade. There will be a deck open during Cocktail Hour. The Reception is located inside of the lodge. You will occasionally walk across grassy areas, please plan your footwear accordingly.
