Friday afternoon will be for rehearsal and setting up with our close friends and immediate family. You are welcome to come settle in with us on Friday! We will have pizza and salad for dinner. It is about a 30 minute drive to Eugene if you'd like to go somewhere else to get food.
Please let us know in the rsvp if you plan to arrive on Friday. We'd love to have a relaxed and fun evening with all our friends and family before the big day.

There will be a welcome booth in the main area (AKA the reception area) and some various games and activities. Hang out, enjoy the day, explore the area!
For those arriving on Saturday, be sure to give yourself plenty of time upon arrival to get acclimated and settle in to your camping spot.
Ceremony is at 4:00pm and we ask that you please gather at the ceremony area by 3:30.

Check out is at 3pm on Sunday, so no rush to pack up and leave. We would love to share a relaxing morning with you after a late night of celebrations.
Staying overnight at Havenroot
You are enthusiastically encouraged to stay the night! Think of it like summer camp!
There are two large areas at the venue for RVs (no hookups) and car camping. There are also plenty of tent camping sites throughout the venue, and along the main forest trail. When you arrive we will help direct you where to set up. Please see the Havenroot map for details! Click here
If you are spending the night, we encourage you to arrive on Friday or by 12:30pm on Saturday for set up. We also recommend bringing a flashlight and stable shoes for your short walks to campsites/RV parking areas.
