As long as the weather permits we plan to have the ceremony outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. So, please plan for warm clothing in the event of chilly weather. Circle of Seven Ranch is an Air-Conditioned & Heated venue.

In the North Parking Lot.

In order to meet guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of close family and/or our wedding party.

No rice, confetti, glitter are permitted inside or outside the facility. Pyrotechnics and fireworks are not allowed. However, sparklers are allowed outside the venue for the Grand Exit. No open flames are permitted in the venue. No glass bottles or glass stemware are allowed for drinking within the event venue. Smoking is only permitted in the North patio area where ash buckets will be provided. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the property or inside of any structure or building. If you open a gate for any reason, then you must close that gate behind you.

Yes; the bride and groom will be providing a limited number of drinks for the reception. Guest provided alcohol must be kept at the bar and served by the TABC bartender and can only be consumed during the Reception Time.

Guests have access to the Ceremony and Reception Halls, Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, North Parking Lot, North Patio and Enclosed Garden, the South Patio, and South Venue Grounds.

Yes; cigarette smoking is only allowed in the North Patio and Enclosed Garden area only.
