Our wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same location, at Minnetonka Orchard in Minnetrista, MN.

There will be a shuttle service available to take you from the hotel to the venue, and vis a versa. The shuttle will be about a 12-15 min drive.
Uber and Lyft are also within radius to utilize on your own use and convenience.
You are welcome to park at the venue, if you choose to not partake in alcoholic beverages. You can leave your vehicles overnight if you are not able to drive, however it is not advised and we recommend taking the shuttle for safe transportation.
Yes, it absolutely is! There are wheelchair accessible restrooms, and there will be a golf cart available for ease of transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony site.
The reception site will also be wheelchair accessible.
The wedding will be fully outdoors! We will be planning to get married outside, rain or shine.
The reception site will also be outdoors, but will take place under an event tent.
Please be sure to wear the appropriate shoes, and perhaps a light jacket should it get chillier at night.
We have a hotel block reserved at one hotel site, which is located in Delano and is a 12-15 minute drive to the venue.
This hotel includes breakfast, and has a pool and hot-tub onsite.
Please note that due to limited seating, only the quantity included in your invite are the seats available for your attendance. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
Don't want to bring the kiddos, and want to make it a date night, or a solo night? No problem!

Unfortunately we will not have more seats available than the number of guests we alloted that is shown on your invite and will not be able to set aside more for your party. Thank you for your patience and understanding as space is limited.
We plan to provide a variety of dishes, in a buffet-style. No matter your dietary preferences or restrictions, there should be something delicious for everyone!
We will also have kid-friendly options available for the kiddos attending!
We recommend to arrive about 20-30 min before the wedding ceremony begins! Please be sure to plan accordingly, as the drive from the hotel is 15 min.
There will be an open bar during cocktail hour after the wedding ceremony, and thereafter will be a cash bar. Please bring cash or card to be prepared to party accordingly! (;
