What is the address of your wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Peconic Bay Yacht Club.

What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start promptly at 6PM. We ask that guests arrive between 5:30PM-5:50PM to enjoy refreshments by the bay.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Dress code is Black Tie preferred.
Think of black-tie preferred guest attire as a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown if you want, but a dark suit, tie and nice loafers would be acceptable too. Similarly, for women a fancy maxi or ankle length dress will do the trick!
No cocktail attire please.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
We will offer a shuttle to and from The Hotel Indigo in Riverhead, as well as The Greenporter in Greenport. More details can be found on the shuttle tab.
Ubers and local taxis are also available but limited. If using a car service please factor in a wait.
Are there any colors I should avoid?
Our something blue bridal party will be in shades of light blue. And of course, please avoid white or white printed floral dresses. If you are questioning the color, it is probably too light.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Please do not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Can my children or baby come?
Unfortunately, we cannot host any guests under 21 at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Do I have to be vaccinated against COVID-19?
We recommend that all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend our wedding.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outside overlooking the beautiful Peconic Bay!
Cocktail hour will be inside and outside on PBYC's deck overlooking the marina and bay.
Dinner and dancing will be indoors in the ballroom.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, we will have valet parking.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later then 5/20/2023.
Will there be an after party?
Let's dance! Yes, we will move downstairs to the speakeasy at PBYC to keep the night going. All are welcome! Booze and munchies will be provided.
Is it ok to take photos during the ceremony?
We love photos! We love photos so much that we hired an amazing photography and videography team! We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to avoid cell phones in professional photos. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take and post all the photos!
What is the significance of the North Fork?
Phil and Molly spend many weekends out east on the North Fork with Phil's family. They love the laid back coastal small town vibe, jet skiing and boating, farm stands, the abundance of vineyards and great restaurants that the North Fork offers. They are so excited to share such a special place with everyone and urge you to carve out some time to explore!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
There will be GF and vegetarian options. When your waiter takes orders for dinner, please let them know if you have dietary restrictions and they will do their best to accomodate.
Our wedding will also be nut free.
