Vdara at Aria, across The Strip from the wedding ceremony which is at Paris Las Vegas & the reception @ The LOFT @ Cabo Wabo. We have reserved an executive suite and look forward to hosting our friends throughout the weekend. We will be well stocked up with snacks and beverages. All of room block hotels should have easy access to the Aria/Vdara hotels. But the closest room block to our suite is Park at MGM. The Paris Las Vegas and the Horseshoe Las Vegas are across the street closer to the ceremony and reception. There are pedestrian walkways connecting most of the nearby hotels.

The bride and groom will be in Las Vegas from Thursday, October 9th - through Monday, October 13th, 2025. We have a few things to take care of on Thursday including our marriage license but let us know if you arrive in Las Vegas earlier than our planned activities. We plan to spend all day Friday relaxing with our guests, gambling with friends and family or having you over to our suite, so don't hesitate to reach out when you arrive! We will already be checked in so come on over if your room is not ready. If we don't see you before, we will definitely see you at Turnberry Place at 6pm on Friday to officially kick off the weekend!

Yes, the reception allows guests under 21 with a wristband. The ceremony and parties are geared towards adults which is something to consider when making your travel plans.

Yes, if you book any part of your stay on a separate reservation number than our hotel block you can link the reservations, so you do not need to change rooms.

Since most hotels charge parking fees, we have found on our recent trips, that Lyfts, Ubers and Taxis are readily available and pick up and drop off zones are clearly marked. If you drive or want to rent a car rest assured that most hotels offer valet parking or self-park options for a fee. Turnberry Place also has parking and valet options for Friday night's Welcome Party. There is also a convenient monorail system that runs from the MGM Grand and stops at most of the major hotels, it runs all the way to the Sahara stop that's within walking distance of our Friday night reception.
