WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The official dress code is Black Tie Optional!
We would love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day! We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and women to wear an evening gown or knee-length dress.
ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?
Yes! Both will be held at The Swan Club On The Harbor.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 pm. We recommend guests arrive no later than 5:15 pm so there is time to park, mingle, and find your seat. If you happen to be late you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens you will be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception. Hang tight, we are excited to see you soon!
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking will be available at the venue. If you're staying at one of our blocked hotels, shuttle buses will be provided throughout the evening for your convenience.
IS THE VENUE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the reception indoors. In the event of rain or snow, all events will be moved indoors.
CAN I BRING A DATE?
We are only able to accommodate the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear next to your name on the envelope. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any further questions!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you who will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.
WILL RAINI BE THERE?
We're sad to share that Raini won't be able to join us, but she'll be having a blast at doggy daycare with her Uncle Harley and her furry friends!
