We originally planned to reserve a block of rooms, but the hotel staff suggested that it would be better to use the promo codes available on the hotel website. These promo codes offer a higher discount than the room block, as well as additional benefits such as free airport-hotel-airport transfers and credits for the stay (for a minimum of 4 days). If the promo codes expire before everyone has had a chance to use them, we will then reserve a block of rooms with a 15% discount.
