We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled and soak in the moment. No fashionably late entrances here—we promise it’ll be worth being on time!

Our dress code is black tie optional—think elevated, stylish, and ready for a great time. Ladies, please wear midi to floor-length dresses, and gentlemen, tuxedos or dark-colored suits with ties. For more inspiration, check out our style guide below!

We love your little ones, but for this special night, we’re keeping it adults-only. We hope you can join us for a well-deserved evening of celebration!

No need to worry about parking—we’ve got you covered! Complimentary valet will be available at the venue. Please mention you are with the Pelham/Haltom Wedding! If you choose to ride share to the hotel, please have them drop you off at the main entrance by the valet area.

Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please be sure to check the forecast the week of and plan your outfit accordingly! On the same note of our unpredictable Texas weather, we’ll have a coat check available for guests in case of a cooler day.
