Rachael and Mitchell have known each other since a young age. Rachael played soccer with Mitchell's sister, Melissa, and grew close to the Rinn family throughout the years. The two families even vacationed together for multiple years.

While Rachael was in PT school, she was back in Wisconsin for a wedding. The night prior to the wedding, Rachael was out on the town with her parents and Dianne and Greg. After a few tequila shots, Dianne convinced Rachael to ask Mitch to be her guest at the wedding. Rachael then returned to Florida to finish out PT school. The couple stayed in touch after the wedding and started dating when Rachael moved back to Wisconsin. Now they are proud dog owners of the cutest dog, Waylon, and cannot wait to begin married life together!
