3:00PM - Guests arrive at the church, park, find their way into the church and are seated.
3:30PM - Wedding ceremony begins.
4:00PM - Pictures and.refreshments.
5:15PM - Guests make their way to the reception hall.
5:30PM - Cocktail (half)hour as guests find their table and get settled in.
6:00PM - Grand entrance, followed by toasts, buffet, first dances, cake cutting, special events, and more dancing and celebration.
10:30PM - Bride and Groom leave for the evening.
We have a room block at Avatar Hotel, which is located 0.8 miles (5-minute drive) from the reception hall. Booking a room through our room block guarantees the rate ($129 +taxes) as long as you book by November 14th.

Method 2: ONLINE use this Garner Wedding Reservation Link. The date must be November 30th to work. The code "1811GARNER" should already be applied if you use the link.
Problems? There are a limited number of single and double-bedrooms on this room block. If you're unable to book the type of room you wanted, it might be because all the rooms of that type were taken from the room block. DON'T WORRY, just contact Rebecca with the type and number of rooms you need > we will contact the hotel to have them add more rooms > then we will contact you when you can make your reservation :)
