Fabian:

The moment I met Rebecca, I knew she was the one I had waited for my entire life. We like to say that we met through our mutual friend Jesus Christ because, in reality, you don't often meet your other half on a dating app. But the Lord has his ways and his humor. A year and a half later, we went on a hike, and in my sock, I hid a ring. While she was looking over a balcony, I said a quick prayer, and I asked for her hand in marriage. Of course, she said yes. I thank God for guiding Rebecca and me together. I'm unbelievably filled with joy that I get to marry my beautiful bride in front of my dearest friends and family.

Rebecca:

Reflecting on the moment Fabian and I met through a mutual friend still makes my heart race and giggle. I was so nervous and excited as it was my first real date. Little did I know, he would be my first and last. Our time together has been filled with laughter and amazing adventures like the time he saved me from falling into the water. His desire to be baptized felt like a sign from above.

One of my favorite memories is when we visited Prayer Mountain in Dallas. I had always loved its beauty and "challenging" trails. As we walked through the park, I felt so happy and peaceful, knowing the Holy Spirit was with us. I just didn't think it was preparing me for something. What I didn’t know was that Fabian had a surprise for me—a proposal that changed everything. I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I dropped to my knees, praying and crying tears of joy as a new chapter began.

Now, as I write this, I'm filled with excitement knowing another chapter of our lives is starting. Fabian, my love for you grows stronger each day. You are my partner and my forever home. I love you more than words can say. Here's to us honey!
