We met in Salem, Virginia during the month of July, 2021. If you didn't know "Virginia is for Lovers".

Ryan was working for the Fredericksburg Nationals and I was with the Salem Red Sox. Our teams played each other throughout the season. Ryan traveled to Salem with his team for a week long series. It was during this week that we met! Our first date was at the Cook Out for late night milkshakes . We instantly clicked and hung out every morning/night during that home-stand. Brody clearly approved!

While apart, we stayed connected through a lot of texting and Facetime Calls. Just two weeks later on August 2nd we started dating!

The first year was a whirlwind; we traveled together for 3 weeks after the baseball season ended, met each other's family, moved into our first apartment and then relocated to Birmingham AL!
