Our story began with a bench, an event at work, and of course us growing to learn and love each other through the years.

Picture it...it's a summer evening and we are assigned to welcome people as they come to a job fair. When we first started the event, I didn't think she was coming so I set up the table in front of a bench that was perfect for one person to sit on. About 30 minutes into the job fair, she showed up and we had to share this bench. At first it wasn't a problem, but as the night went on, I started to think she was inching closer to me in a flirting way. You ask her, she was just trying to fit on the bench...you pick who you want to side with on that one lol. After we finished, we became cool and started to talk more.

Over the next few months, we became friends, but of course the more I learned about her and hung out with her, the more I started to like her in a non-friendship way. Not knowing if she felt the same way, I played my part as her friend.

Eventually, I asked her out and to my surprise she said yes. From that moment on, we have been inseparable. Like any couple, we have grown together and individually. We push other to be better and are each other's support system.

Now we get to spend forever together and build our lives and family on love, happiness, faith and togetherness.
