Peter & Samantha met at the American Muscle Car Club show at the Car Wash on the East side of town. Samantha & her father had brought their 1987 K20 pickup truck to enter in the show. Peter's Dad & Sam's Dad were catching up and introduced them to each other. They later connected and began talking & seeing each other.

Peter bought tickets to the sold out Farm Aid Festival, a concert series to benefit CT farmers in Hartford, CT. They saw legendary performers

Their next adventure was a snowboarding trip to Okemo Mountain in Vermont. They spent the weekend shredding down the mountain and racing each other. The first trip of many!

Pete relocated to Auburn, Alabama where Sam was completing her internship for her Bachelor's in Culinary Nutrition. They lived and worked in the town for nearly 4 months before returning to CT!

While living in Auburn, Alabama - Samantha & Peter joined the towns celebration riot and tee-pee'd downtown Aubrun! This came immediately after the Auburn Universities Men's Basketball team won against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the Elite Eight gaining them play time in the Final Four!

They visited Talladega Superspeedway in Lincoln, Alabama while living down in the south. Peters parents came down to visit and they toured the track surface meeting race car drivers, walking through the pits and smelling race fuel before the green flag dropped!

Forever wedding date celebrating love in New York, New York.

Celebrating their second anniversary spent in their favorite place - Cape Cod. Samantha showed Pete and Nova around Brewster, Hyannis & Yarmouth - all areas that Samantha grew up visiting every summer with her family.

Our 1st Christmas tree! Sam had never had real Christmas trees growing up and harvesting a fresh tree to decorate was an all new experience.

They love to decorate & be merry for the holidays, Nova is no different! She was the most festive dog for all of the pawlidays!

Enjoying ice skating on the frozen pond at Hubbard Park! It had been years since it was cold enough to freeze and the couple took full advantage of the cold snowy weather!

Hubbard park remained frozen for an additional 2 weeks. The couple spent weekends and evenings skating on the ice, racing each other and even trying to play pond hockey (emphasis on trying, lol!)

Nova, preparing for the spring transition to warmer weather. Knowing endless adventures awaited with her humans!

After working tirelessly, Sam &. Pete finally had their first day out with their freshly painted 1978 Chevrolet C-10 build!

Both square nose pickups went to the car show. Tom (Sam's Dad), had a 1987 Indigo Blue Chevy K-30 - the truck played a role in the two connecting at their first car show, 2 1/2 years ago.

Fast forward, Pete & Sam take their C-10 build to the same show! It was such a head turning build that it won best in show at the American Muscle Car Club car show!

Our engagement! Peter picked up the gorgeous ring the day he asked Sam to spend forever with him. He was so excited, he asked Sam to marry him the same day he picked the ring up!

Sam & Pete spent the weekend hiking in nature while soaking in & celebrating the beginning of their lives together, with Nova of course!

Pete may or may not have done a few burnouts...
