Pasta Station served with Artisan Breads: Gnocchi Paired with Tomato Marinara or Cavatappi Pasta with Basil Pesto Cream Sauce (no nuts!).
Dinner Begins:
Salad Course is a Caesar Salad with crispy parmesan, croutons, lemon & olive oil
Main Entrees: Choice of one of the following
- Beef - Filet Mignon with red wine sauce served with seasonal starch & vegetable.
- Chicken - Roasted French Cut Chicken Breast in a cognac demi-glaze served with seasonal starch & vegetable.
- Fish - Roasted Branzino: vegetable ragout, cilantro, olives tomato sauce
- Vegetarian - Eggplant Parmesan, an Italian tradition, served with seasonal starch & vegetable.
