It all started at a homecoming basketball game in 2019. It was Sarah’s junior year of high school, Larry’s senior year. Our dear friends, Ariana (Maid of Honor) and Cason (Groomsman), who is getting married in August, introduced us. Sarah was actually not interested in meeting Larry, but Cason didn’t have any of that. Therefore, he threw her over his shoulder and forced the meeting to happen. Little did Sarah know, that Larry was the guy in the bleachers she kept looking at.

Thank God Cason and Ariana introduced them, because an immediate connection was made. Larry may have shook her hand twice, and mention Zumba multiple times, but Sarah was smitten. We spent all of our free time together from getting Cason and Ariana in trouble for taking rides in Cason’s old jeep and hosting fake parties just see each other again, to spending every weekend together and building the relationship we have today. From there, the rest was history. Within the 6 years of dating, we experienced 3 graduations, 8 dance recitals/spring shows, 6 Christmases and Thanksgivings, countless family dinners, and many laughs and memories.
God set our paths in motion and we couldn’t be more grateful for this gift He blessed us with. We couldn’t be here today without His steadfast devotion in our lives. Of course, we are incredibly grateful for our friends and family that not only welcomed us, but supported us. We are so excited to continue to grow our lives together.
