Sarah and George's story starts at Illiana Christian High School. They each had different friend groups, and did not hang out much. Following high school graduation, both Sarah and George decided to head to West Lafayette to attend Purdue University. They started hanging out occasionally throughout the 4 years of college, but really started connecting their senior year when they lived 2 apartments down from each other. Sarah lived in an apartment with 3 other girls while George lived 2 doors down with 3 other guys. The 8 of them hung out most days and the dynamic was similar to that of the show "Friends". On April 25, 2022, George finally decided to ask Sarah to be his girlfriend after months of them growing their relationship. They both graduated Purdue and moved back home to start their full time jobs. Sarah works as a Registered Nurse, and George works as a Project Engineer in the construction industry. Together they have enjoyed concerts, traveling, game nights, and attending Purdue sports games.

April 19, 2024, Sarah and George flew to Disney World for a vacation. They spent two days at the theme parks and then drove to Naples, Florida to visit George's grandparents. On April 23, George brought Sarah to what she thought was going to be a "nice dinner", which turned out to be the proposal of her dreams. They look forward to spending forever with each other.
