Sarah & Brent have been together for over nine years, ten on February 14th, 2025. Yes, you read that right; Valentine's Day. What were they thinking you may ask? Well, after a brief conversation on Tinder (*gasp*) about their mutual love for Nebraska football and over priced noodles (Sarah was working at Olive Garden) the two decided to go on their first date the following Saturday. They attended a USHL hockey game at the Ice Box in Lincoln (if you know you know) on what just happened to be Valentine's day.

The two had an absolute blast together despite Brent openly flirting with the bar tender. After the hockey game, Sarah thought she would show Brent around her stomping grounds in Lincoln and took him to her favorite restaurant, Buffalo Wings and Rings. Wouldn't you know it, they had a great time there as well. The memory that sticks out to Brent the most was Sarah's willingness to 'rock-paper-scissors' for the check. He won. She paid.

Brent returned to Omaha and Sarah texted her sister, "I'm going to marry him." Really! You can ask her. The two have literally been together since. They agreed on Valentine's Day as being their anniversary because they both knew after that night that they wanted to exclusively pursue one another.

Since then, Sarah & Brent have been living together with their fur baby, Griffey and endured all the trials and tribulations that a young couple does whilst "figuring it all out". Brent has been supporting the household while Sarah has been a full time student for the last six years (seriously what is she doing, collecting diplomas?).

Now Sarah, BS, MS, MPAS ;) and Brent are finally tying the knot! So much has changed since the couple's unruly hockey fan and below average chicken wing days; yet, everything is also still the same. The couple has grown up a lot over these nine years, but mostly importantly they've grown together.
