The last day to book for this rate is October 1st, 2024. The first three hours are free with validation, and visitors pay only $1 for each hour thereafter (with a maximum fee of $15 per 24 hour period). Text “park” to 844-930-3444 before pulling in the garage. This number will send you a QR code to enter and exit the garage without keeping track of a paper ticket.
There is a complimentary shuttle that guests can utilize for transportation to and from the airport, Leo ballroom, or anywhere else within a 5 mile radius. The shuttle can be contacted at 402-661-8017
Check in is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm

We do not have a block of rooms reserved here but it is another suggested option that would be great to stay at (we are)!
Leo Ballroom will host all the day's events. Guests are invited to stay at the venue to enjoy cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception.

The venue is directly across from Omaha Central High School & Josyln Art Museum.
Parking: adjacently connected and ADA accessible.
Please do not stay parked in the circle drive immediately in front of the venue. This area is strictly for drop-off and vendors.
Directions:
From Downtown Omaha (<5 minutes )
Head west on Dodge Street
The venue will be on your left in less than 1 mile
From West Omaha (variable)
Head east toward downtown on I-80
Take exit 452 onto I-480 North, US-75 North and keep left toward downtown for 2 miles
Take exit 2D onto 20th St, keep right for a quick R turn
Turn right onto Dodge Street
The venue will be on your left
From the Element Hotel (<5 minutes)
Turn right onto Dodge Street from the hotel's circle drive for 1mile
Turn left onto Dodge street
The venue will be on your left
From Eppley Airport (10 minutes)
Exit the airport and follow signs for Abbott Drive.
Turn Left onto Abbott Drive for 2.5 miles
Continue onto Cuming Street (Abbott Drive turns slightly right and becomes Cuming Street)
Turn Left onto N 24th Street for 1.2 miles
Turn Right onto Dodge Street for 0.5 miles

This is the front of the venue, it is west facing. As you can see, the one way direction of Dodge Street traffic is also west so I've uploaded additional landmarks to help with navigation.
This is a photo facing west, right in front of the venue. There is a sign, albeit small and low to the ground. You'll want to turn left after the big giant school and before the big giant museum :)
Designated parking lot, no need to street park but that is also available ($).
